Description
The HFA offering uses a state of the art web-accessed database system, TekTrakker ®, to assist in the comparative analysis of IT incidents as reported by clients and subscribers. Incidents are sorted and correlated to create a comprehensive statistical analysis of reliability of all IT products.
Once the incidents are sorted and correlated, we analyze client data, build statistical results, and produce final reports and charts.

ITPMG's consulting service provides a written analysis of the results that is presented through easily understood charts and graphs, Comprehensive Failure Analysis (CFA) .The CFA report is created from 6 months of historical data and provides an in-depth analysis of the entire user environment, including error reporting on all mis-matches and inconsistencies on asset and incident data. CFA data can be used immediately to pin-point operational problems, evaluate compliance with vendor and help desk SLAs, and reveal differences between deployed products.
