Mr. Seksaria has extensive global experience in strategy, process management, and overall business performance improvement. He
has over 30 years of experience in leading executive roles in consulting, business development, international expansion, M&As and
related activities at major technology companies such as IBM, SAIC and AT&T. His expertise covers all aspects of strategic business
management including implementing the right business models, core capabilities, competitive leadership, building energetic leadership,
quality programs, actionable business metrics, and driving strategies into action to deliver results on a global basis. He has spent
almost 1/3rd of his time overseas and worked with leading members of the Global 1000 as well as startups in more than 30 countries
covering almost all of the G20 nations.
Recently, Mr. Seksaria was Vice President in AT&T Business Solutions Group and responsible profitability and growth of their Cloud
Services solutions comprising both the business and infrastructure solutions. He implemented the global support and growth platform
encompassing sourcing and selling in multiple countries around the world. Related business integration into the broader corporation
enhanced cross selling and the customer value proposition resulting in one of the highest Net Promoter Scores (NPS) in the
corporation. He was a member of the corporate committee for Cycle Time Reduction. He also provided the frameworks for M&A
integration which are now used for quick and successful assimilations of acquired companies.
Previously, Mr. Seksaria has held senior executive management positions at SAIC and was responsible for international corporate
development. In this role is expanded their commercial business in Asia Pacific including India and SE Asia. He identified several M&A
candidates and leveraged the BTO model to fast start global delivery operations resulting in a comprehensive technology rich global
energy and petroleum industry capability which resulted in large strategic deals with most majors in petroleum and the energy
At IBM, Mr. Seksaria was one of the founding members who built IBM Consulting beginning in 1991. He held progressively increasing
roles from coaching, developing methodologies, selling and managing large deals to being the COO for Global Consulting and finally
running all of Consulting operations in the Asia Pacific Region. He has developed many of the Business Transformation, Process
Management, and IT Strategy methods and frameworks and e-business models that are commonly used in business analysis.
Mr. Seksaria has also worked at Nolan, Norton & Co., a leading IT and Business Management consultant company, and was
instrumental in the founding, growth or IPOs of startups such as Scient. His expertise spans several industries including
manufacturing, process, telecom and financial services.
Mr. Seksaria received a BS from Indian Institute of Technology, India, an MS from University of Kentucky, an MBA in Finance &
Strategy from University of Chicago. He has also attended the University of Arizona's Thunderbird Executive Program on International
