Rocco (Rick) Belmonte

Mr. Belmonte has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry in both management and consulting roles.

His experience includes information systems management and business process improvement for a variety of industries and business functions. His expertise includes information systems strategy, IT governance, architecture planning, business process design, program management, systems integration, ERP implementation, organizational change management, team development, data management/warehousing, and IT performance management. Industry experience includes: Financial Services, Retail, Energy, Entertainment, Transportation, Insurance, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, and Pharmaceuticals.

Recently, Mr. Belmonte was CIO for Lowe Enterprises, a property management and real estate development firm based in Los Angeles. He transformed their IT function into a high performing team and directed the implementation of Oracle ERP and Salesforce.com. He also established and managed a Program Management Office and developed a new IT governance process.

Previously, Mr. Belmonte was Vice President, IT Strategy and Transformation for Gartner consulting, where he developed and managed the delivery of an IT Strategy and Architecture Planning methodology. Other prior positions include Senior IT Director for Taco Bell, Senior Vice President, IT Strategy & Transformation for Technology Solutions Company, Senior Manager for Ernst & Young, and Corporate Systems Manager for Occidental Petroleum. He has also consulted for Exxon Chemicals, Arco, Bank of America, Sempra Energy, Waste Management, FedEx, AECOM, and Starbucks.

Mr. Belmonte received a BA in economics from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC and completed graduate work toward an MS in Technology Management at the University of Colorado and American University.
